GRADUATE TRAINEE MANAGER (RETAIL)

POSITION: GRADUATE TRAINEE MANAGER (AGRICULTURE / RETAIL)

LOCATION: BLOEMFONTEIN, FREE STATE PROVINCE

 

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Matric
• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture / B. Comm in Supply Chain / Logistics/ Marketing

(ESSENTIAL) – Graduated

• Minimum working experience acceptable In the Fruit & Veg Industry (contactable reference required)
• Must be open to relocation in South Africa by the company (ESSENTIAL)
• Willing to work in a freezer / packhouse environment (cold chain)
• Must have a valid driver’s license (no endorsements) (ESSENTIAL)
• Own reliable vehicle / transport
• Must possess strong numeracy, literacy and organizational skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills (written & verbal) on all levels
• Must have evidence of Integrity, leadership achievements
• Proficient on MS Office packages & possess a high level of computer literacy
• Must be willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Incumbent must be determined, hardworking, flexible, and enthusiastic to build a career in Retail
• Must be willing to work overtime
• Must have a clear criminal history
