THE TOP PRIORITIES OF THE ROLE ARE:
Client success
Onboard new clients – it is extremely important to educate customers and their teams on how to use our product. Onboarding should focus on features they need to learn, based on the projects they aim to complete. This way, they can get up to speed as fast as possible and be one step closer to achieving their goals
Customisation of all new roles and improvement of hiring success
Assessment feedback to clients
Delivering Expertise- Unequivically excellent delivery of outsources services
Incomparable service
Client Support – Deliver valuable and quality support to all questions and technical issues or concerns clients might have
Hiring Partner – Act as mentor for Mint Kulca clients to ensure that everything in the hiring process runs smoothly after purchase
Use opportunity of working one-on-one with customers to significantly influence our customer base. Act as personal cheerleaders for Mint Kulca, explaining to customers why you can meet their specific needs
Identify their problems and offer solutions (mint products/services) that can solve these problems
This positive reputation should not only keep the customers satisfied, but should also encourage them to refer their friends
Product and service enhancement
As someone who works directly with customers (clients and candidates), you should feel responsible for advocating their needs
You need to have an in-depth understanding of customer likes and dislikes about Mint Kulca products and processes
You should organize, analyse, and share this information with the team to ensure Mint Kulca can enhance products and services to better serve our clients
Collaboration/Teamwork
Collaborate with the Mint Team/internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of all operations
Add value by being a team player and always bringing your opinion to the tableTHE

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE ARE:
Degree in HR/Industrial Psychology/Psychology, and working towards your Honours Degree
Registered Psychometrist/or in the process of registering
At least 2-3 years working experience with a focus on customers/people
Advanced computer and technological expertise – LOVE tech.
