Introduction
This role involves developing and implementing security strategies, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols for project sites.
- Oversee the installationa dn maintenance of security systems such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and other infrastruture.
- Manage emergency response planning and execution
- Prepare and present security reports to management
- Manage and lead the security team, including training, and scheduling.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and identify potential security threats.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Min. 5 – 8 years experience as Security Manager – preference construction site.
- Bachelors Degree in Security Management
- PSIRA registered
- Certification in security management
- Proven record of security operations management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to travel to different project locations.
