Security Manager

Introduction

This role involves developing and implementing security strategies, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols for project sites.
  • Oversee the installationa dn maintenance of security systems such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and other infrastruture.
  • Manage emergency response planning and execution
  • Prepare and present security reports to management
  • Manage and lead the security team, including training, and scheduling.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and identify potential security threats.

 


Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Min. 5 – 8 years experience as Security Manager – preference construction site.
  • Bachelors Degree in Security Management
  • PSIRA registered
  • Certification in security management
  • Proven record of security operations management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to travel to different project locations.
