Cleaning all glass/mirrors (excluding external windows), internal glass partitions, paint work, walls, doors including framework all furniture and fixtures including architectural ironmongery. Clean and sanitize sinks, wash hand basins, surfaces, visible service pipe work, ablution facilities, splash backs, taps and replenish ablution facilities consumables. Clean topside of all desks, tables, cupboards, as well as all chairs located inside office areas and public areas. Ensure hard and soft coverings including edges and skirtings are cleaned and that blinds are cleaned appropriately to prevent avoidable damage. Clean and empty all waste receptacles and ensure free-standing receptables are moved to facilitate floor cleaning. Clean and vacuum all matting and clean floor areas under entry matting. Maintain cleanliness of light fittings ceiling walls. Clean stairs including treads, risers, nosing banisters, balustrades, handrails, ledges. Attend to spillage and other routine and adhoc cleaning requirements. Windows are to be free of dust, fingerprinting, stains, markings, and verdigris with a dry streak/smear finish achieved. Clean parking area and maintenance of external grounds. Ensure daily collection of litter and adhere to OHS Regulations at all times.
