Introduction
Our client who is in the Facilities and Cleaning management industry is currently looking for a Cleaning Site Manager who will be responsible for managing a cleaning team assigned to a distribution center based in Cape Town.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily organization’s working operations.
- Responsible for maintaining a high-quality standard of organizations’ deliverables in line with site-specific SLAs. Responsible for managing client relations and performing cleaning and equipment inspections.
- Taking full responsibility and management of your site, these must be adhered to
- Acting with utmost urgency when attending to any client request and doing so proactively.
- Output-based contracts must be managed efficiently.
- Together with HR pro-actively manage a pool of trained relief staff members to prevent any service delivery disruptions.
- Contract retention through maintaining excellent service standards, identifying, and mitigating the risk of cancellation, and building strong client relationships with key client contacts.
- Ensure that high-value methodologies are strictly adhered to in line with company policies, quality programs, and legislation.
- Managing company assets by performing monthly spot checks on high-value items. When checking assets ensure that equipment is kept in a good condition and repaired and serviced when required.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum Matric
- HACCP Experience
- Health and Safety would be an advantage.
- Relevant operations and people management experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar environment on the middle management level.
- Experience in managing large compliments of people.
Package & Remuneration
- R15 500 CTC – R20 000 CTC
