Welds together metal components of products such as pipelines, automobiles, boilers, ships, aircraft and mobile homes with electric arc-welding equipment. Connects cables from welding unit to obtain amperage, voltage, slope and pulse, as specified by Welding Specialist.
Minimum Requirements• Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4
• Welder Qualification
• 3 years’ experienceDuties & Responsibilities• Delivery of customer service
• Repair and manufacture of agricultural equipment, trailers and ancillary workshop equipment
• Efficient administration with regard to the completion of job cards and material use
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work environment – Maintain the wielding and cutting equipment
