A dynamic company located in Modimolle, Limpopo is looking for a driven and hard-working individual to join their warehouse team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of inbound and outbound goods, ensuring stock is handled efficiently, and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse. This role requires someone with attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and flexibility in working hours.
Minimum Requirements:
National Senior Certificate (Matric) or higher qualification
Hard-working and eager to start in a junior role
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
6-12 months of customer service experience
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts
Experience in an FMCG or warehouse environment is advantageous
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving goods and packing stock on shelves
Using POD scanners and recording data on the server
Monitoring stock output capacity within the warehouse
Keeping track and following up on orders scheduled for delivery
Scanning and sorting received goods into scheduled and unscheduled categories
Allocating goods for each driver according to the delivery schedule
Packing scheduled parcels into designated routes and unscheduled parcels into staging areas
Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Repetitive lifting and walking in a fast-paced environment
Performing other duties as required by the operation
